These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully, as you may have additional rights by law. Our terms and conditions do not affect these.

We are M.K.Models and we trade seven days a week from our shop in Weymouth, Dorset.

By submitting your order to us, you are confirming your intention to buy the goods for the agreed price, as advertised at the time on our website. We will not supply the goods to you until full payment has been received by us and we have confirmed your order. If you should wish to change your order or add to it once we have confirmed it, you should contact us immediately on 01305 768845.

We will only use your personal details for the purposes of supplying the goods bought which may include passing them on to couriers. We will only use your details for the purposes of the transaction. We may from time to time wish to inform you of our products or any changes to our service. We will not share your details with any other third party without your consent. If you do not want your details to be used by us as described please contact M.K.Models in writing at the above address and ask that they be deleted from our system.

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver the goods to you as =uickly as possible using the full range of Royal Mail services and other couriers, although delivery times quoted cannot be guaranteed. Once you have received your goods you should inspect them and inform us immediately, should they appear to have been damaged or tampered with in any way or if any of the items are missing. We need to be informed within 15 days of dispatch of all goods not received or damaged. As a consumer you have the right, together with other rights in law, to cancel the contract with us and receive a full refund. If this is your intention you must contact us in writing within seven =orking days of the day after the date on which you received the order. You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they were dispatched, at your own expense, making sure that there is adequate postage and insurance =nd that all courier costs have been covered. We may (with your agreement) arrange collection from you by a named courier, but again this will be at your expense. We will then refund the total amount of money paid by you less any collection costs incurred by us.
